What the heck is this?
Spokane Food Blog came about after some clever individuals had an epiphany and discovered that one plus one plus one indeed equaled three:
One! iluvspokane, Spokane’s premiere blog guide, had a bunch of mini relating to food and libations. Why not put them all together?
… plus one! The Spokesman- Review made severe cuts to their food and restaurant coverage, both off- and online, leaving a local void.
… plus one! The Spokane food enthusiast “blogosphere,” outside of Latah Bistro’s Chef Blaine blog, was severely lacking.
… equals three! Thus we started the highly creatively named Spokane Food Blog (it’s very Google-ble); a simple little site dedicated to musings about food and restaurants in and around Spokane, often with a non-sequitur bend.
